Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Guest Relations Representative is focused on delighting patients and guests by providing exemplary customer service. Serve as a liaison between patients/gusts and concierge, actively support and promote the concierge program. Assist patients in interpreting policies, procedures and services and in obtaining solutions to problems and concerns with the support of the patient satisfaction manager.
